Article 1 – Généralities
Camping de la piscine is operated by the Commune, shall be used by users in accordance with the following provisions which constitute its internal rules. These provisions shall apply as of right to all persons authorised to enter the municipal swimming pool campsite by the manager or his substitute. Mandatory and informative displays are located at and near the reception desk. Within the campsite, forty-nine pitches are available to users.
Article 2 – Opening of the campsite
The municipal campsite is open to the public from 1 May to 30 September.
The reception office is open from 9 a. m. to 12 noon and from 4 p. m. to 7 p. m. from 1 July to 31 August and from 7 p. m. to 8 p. m. from 1 May to 30 June and from 1 September to 30 September.
Article 3 – Visitors welcomed
The swimming pool campground is being classified. Access and stay are strictly reserved for holidaymakers, tourists and intermittent residents; it is forbidden to anyone not authorised by the manager, in particular anyone wishing to carry out a professional activity within the premises of the establishment.
Article 4 – Formalities
As soon as they arrive, campers must go to the reception office to read the rules of procedure, complete the registration formalities and indicate the length of their stay, before being placed by the manager or her substitute on the assigned site. Each user will be required to present an official identification document. Unaccompanied minors will not be admitted to the facility.
When the maximum accommodation capacity is reached, the AIFM or the AIFM’s alternate shall have the authority to refuse any additional admission.
Article 5 – Réservation
Reservations must be made by telephone at 04. 66. 31. 47. 63 or 06. 31. 42. 99. 70, by post or e-mail: contact@lemalzieu-camping-gevaudan. fr, they do not dispense with the admission formalities provided for in these rules of procedure. A camper who does not show up at the reception desk on the agreed dates will lose the benefit of his booking.
Article 6 – Fees
The fees, determined annually by the City Council, are displayed at the entrance. They are counted for the night and must be paid at the end of the stay if it is less than one month, or at the end of the month for stays of more than four weeks. Users must notify their departure the day before the departure; it must be done before noon. Campers intending to leave before the opening hours of the reception office must make the payment of their fees.
Article 7 – Visitors
Visitors may be admitted to the campsite after declaring their presence at the reception, they move around the facilities under the responsibility of the campers who receive them. The camper who receives them is obliged to pay a fee to the extent that the visitor has access to the services. and campground facilities. Their vehicles must be parked outside the campsite grounds.
Article 8 – Conduct
The use of radio, television or any other sound instrument is tolerated as long as it does not disturb the tranquility of other users of the establishment. Silence is mandatory between 22h and 7h, from 2Jh and before 8h noisy activities are forbidden. Doors and trunk closures should be as discreet as possible.
Games are strictly forbidden inside and around the sanitary facilities.
Violent games are strictly prohibited on the grounds of the campsite. The covered terrace cannot be used for hectic games.
Inside the campsite, children should always be under the supervision of their parents.
Article 9 – Hygiène
Everyone is obliged to refrain from any action that might adversely affect the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite. Campers must return the sanitary facilities to the cleanliness they want for themselves before use. Linen and dishes must be washed in the bins provided for this purpose.
Household refuse must be sorted and placed either in the garbage bins at the entrance to the campsite or in the selective sorting bins at Place du Foirail or at the Ganigal holiday village for recyclable waste.
Waste water collected in a container, as well as chemical toilets, must be emptied into the containers located outside the campsite near the water points.
Linen can be spread for up to 10 hours near the shelters, provided it is very discreet and does not disturb the neighbours and should never be made from the trees of the campsite.
Article 10 – Traffic and parking
Vehicles must be driven and parked inside the campsite in accordance with the traffic signs and the limit of 0km/h. Vehicles may not be parked on the pavement or green spaces; they must be parked on the camper’s site. It is forbidden to drive between 10 p. m. and 7 a. m.
Article 11 – Réception of véhicles
In order to respect the structure of the road and the grassy pitches, the following light vehicles are allowed within the campsite: bicycles, motorcycles, passenger cars, small trailers, caravans and motorhomes. Caravans, couplers with a total laden weight of more than 2500 kg, heavy goods vehicles, commercial vehicles intended for the transport of goods and used for business purposes, and double-axle caravans shall be prohibited.
Owners of caravans and motorhomes guarantee that their equipment conforms to the NF S 56-200 standard.
Article 12 – Dead garage
Unoccupied equipment may only be left on the campground with the authorization of the manager, and only at the designated site (on and off site). A fee, the amount of which will be displayed at the reception desk, will be payable for the dead garage. This service is available from 01/05 to 30/09.
Article 13 – Electrical connexion
The request for connection must be made at the reception. It is strictly forbidden to manipulate the electrical terminals and change the socket safety system. The connections have a capacity of 8 amps for a voltage of 220 volts to meet the energy demand of small appliances below 1300 watts and lighting. The connection of washing machines or dishwashing machines and any other powerful electrical equipment is strictly prohibited.
Electrical connection equipment (cables, multiple sockets) shall be compatible with a 2. 5 mm cross-sectional power supply, the cables shall be of a single length between the point of distribution and the point of use. Campers who violate these wiring rules will be moved to a location with no electrical connection.
Article 14 – Degradation and safety
It is strictly forbidden to alter vegetation and to light wood fires. The use of barbecues is strictly prohibited for security reasons; only the use of gas stoves is permitted.
It is forbidden to dig the ground or to delimit its location by personal means.
Any damage to municipal facilities and any physical or physical accident must be reported to
the reception.
Any damage to the vegetation, fences, grounds or facilities of the campsite shall be the responsibility of the perpetrator.
Campers are invited to take all necessary precautions to safeguard their property; under no circumstances can the municipality of Malzieu-Ville be held responsible for theft or damage to personal property.
Article 15 – Animals
L‘introduction des animaux et notamment des chiens dans le camping est subordonnée à la présentation à l’accueil d’un certificat de vaccination antirabique réglementaire, en cours de validité. Les animaux doivent être identifiables par le tatouage et l’inscription, sur le collier, de l’adresse du propriétaire. En aucun cas, même attachés, ils ne peuvent rester au camping sans la présence de leur maître. Les animaux domestiques de première catégorie sont strictement interdits, les animaux de deuxième catégorie seront tenus en laisse avec muselière. Un maximum de deux chiens est toléré par emplacement.
Article 16 – Services offered inside and outside the campsite
Any booking of a pitch entitles you to access the municipal swimming pool for the duration of the rental. A pass card is issued by the manager to the campers.
Inside the campsite, a laundry service is available to users.
Local shops (bakery, butcher shop, supermarket, gas station, bookstore press. . . ) are present inside the village.
Many sports facilities are at the disposal of campers (football pitch, ping-pong tables. . . ).
Entertainment and theme evenings are offered at the Ganigal Holiday Village during the
summer period.
Many recreational activities (via ferrata, equestrian center. . . ) and cultural activities (village classified as the Most Beautiful Villages of France, visit of historical monuments. . . ) are accessible in and near the Village.
Information at the tourist office located in the tower of Bodon, avenue de Saint-Chély.
Article 17 –The manager of the camping de la piscine
The manager of the campsite or his deputy represents the mayor at all times. He may call on the gendarmerie in the event of a disturbance of public order. The manager shall be entitled to collect the fees by order of the institution managing revenue. He shall take all necessary emergency measures to maintain order, security, hygiene and the proper maintenance of the campground. He fixes for each camper the pitch reserved for him. He shall immediately hand over to the camper, at his request, the personal mail addressed to him.
A complaint register shall be kept at the disposal of users at the reception office. Such claims will be considered only if they are signed, dated, as accurate as possible and relate to recent events.
Article 18 – Sanctions
In addition to the penalties provided for in the Criminal Code, any infringement of this Regulation shall entail the following penalties:
call to order,
temporary expulsion,
definitive expulsion from the land with the use of law enforcement if necessary.
Article 19 – Exécution
The Chief of the Gendarmerie Brigade, the manager of the campsite or his deputy, are responsible, each in so far as he is concerned, for the execution of this order which will be posted at the usual public places as well as on the sign assigned to the information of the campers.
